Niti Chao was founded in Bangkok with a straightforward aim: to offer businesses and individuals access to structured, thoughtful legal advisory work without the opacity that often surrounds legal services. The practice takes its name from the Thai word for law — niti — and the concept of clarity — chao — a pairing that reflects the core ethos of what we do.
